We at Ator, understood the criticallity of the healthcare supply chain and being one of the leading players in the health eco-system took the COVID-19 pandemic head on. We put in place a system for drug ordering and timely supplies to all our pharmacy partners and hospital networks. We increased our inventory holding days to meet the surge in demand due to customer fear of lockdowns. We worked very closely with local government organizations & multiple NGO's to supply critical covid-19 medication to all COVID care centres. We ensured the supplies of critical injectables like Tosciluzunab, Remdesvir, Itolizunab were supplied to patients, pharmacies and hospitals as per guidelines and allocation as per the FDA.

Having grown from a semi wholsaler 3 decades ago, to a diversified healthcare conglomerate with multiple entities in manufacturing, marketing, exports, distribution, retail and private brands the company decided to restructure the org. with a renewed focus on each division and amalgamation of its smaller entities into the 1 consolidated company. Manufacturing and exports arm was divested to have a more focused approach towards building India's largest healthcare supply chain organization.

The districts around Mumbai, the financial capital and also the largest retail pharma market in the nation have been rapidly growing; the healthcare distribution was extremely unorganized in these regions and thus A 2 Z Pharma was created. The idealogy was bring the best practices of pharmaceutical distribution in this highly unorganized and unregulated market. Today A 2 Z Pharma is a division of Ator Healthcare and caters across the entire districts of Thane & Palghar

Tranforming the cardiac stents distribution in India
The indian cardiac stent business was in dire need to bring in equilibrium and ensure affordability for patients. The distribution network was a monopolized business with distributors partnering with a specific stent manufacturer and thus there was no clarity on pricing. Ator ventured into the stents business to revolutize the same with partnering with 3 of the largest stent manufacturers Abbott, Medtronics and Sahajanand. Over the next few years the stent business went to dramatic changes in the Indian healthcare framework and we at Ator are extremely proud to have played a small but a pivotal role in bringing this change which amplifies our PVP's
